Thirty days, no questions
The short version: if SuperSeoAI is not right for you, email us within thirty days of paying and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Plugin subscriptions
Any payment can be refunded in full within thirty days of the date it was taken. That applies to your first payment and to a renewal you did not mean to let through. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us and we will refund it.
You can cancel at any time from your account without contacting anyone. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not automatically refund the last one, so if you want that too, just ask.
Managed SEO
The service is month to month with no minimum term. If you are unhappy with a month of work, tell us before the next payment and we will refund that month in full. Work already published on your site stays yours either way, and we do not remove pages we were paid to create.
One honest limitation: search rankings depend on many things outside anyone’s control, so we refund on the basis of work delivered, not on rankings achieved. Anyone who guarantees you positions is guessing.
Training and the Ultimate package
Thirty days from the date the training becomes available to you, not from the date you paid, if those differ. That way pre-ordering never shortens your window.
What we cannot refund
AI usage charges, because you never pay those to us. You connect your own provider account and they bill you directly at their prices. We have no access to that money and no way to return it. This is also why we show projected cost before a batch runs.
How to ask
Email us from the address you signed up with and say you would like a refund. That is the whole process. There is no form, no survey, and no retention call.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days, though how fast it appears is up to your bank rather than us.
Why it is written this way
We are a new product asking strangers for money. A refund policy full of conditions would tell you exactly how much we expect to disappoint you. We would rather write a simple one and earn the outcome.
