When you submit a form on this site we collect your email address and, where you choose to provide them, your name, your website address, a description of what you are trying to achieve, and any message you write. When you purchase a subscription we collect the account and billing details needed to provide and invoice the service.
Information we collect automatically
- Server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, retained for security and diagnostics.
- Usage analytics about which pages are viewed and which links are clicked, used in aggregate to understand whether the site is working.
- A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, stored for one hour and then deleted automatically, used solely to limit automated form abuse. The hash cannot be reversed into an address.
Information we do not collect
The plugin runs entirely on your own web server. Your website content, scores, keywords, settings and API credentials remain in your own database and are never transmitted to us. We do not hold a copy of your site.

When you use an AI feature, content is sent from your server directly to the AI provider whose account you have connected, using your own credentials with them. That transmission does not pass through us and we do not receive a copy. The provider handles that content under its own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to read before connecting an account.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress sets functional cookies if you log in or leave a comment. Our analytics provider sets cookies to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles for ad targeting. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may stop working.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here: for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and accounting requirements. Marketing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Abuse-prevention hashes are deleted automatically after one hour.
